Advertise: Sponsored Attorney Listings

Plain Policy Guide explains what happens after a DUI, a license suspension, an SR-22 requirement, a ticket or an accident. Many of our readers are looking for a lawyer at that moment. Law firms that handle these cases can appear next to our guides with a clearly labeled sponsored listing.

Where listings appear

  • On guides in our DUI, SR-22 and FR-44, tickets, accidents and special situations sections. A listing can target a whole section or specific guides, such as one state's SR-22 guide.
  • Up to three listings per guide, shown in alphabetical order. We never rank law firms or show one as "recommended."
  • Each block is labeled "Sponsored attorney listings" and "Attorney Advertising," and it is kept visually separate from our articles and from other ads.

What a listing includes

  • Your firm's name, linked to your website
  • A short, factual description of up to 200 characters
  • The states where your attorneys are licensed
  • An optional phone number

Links carry tracking tags (utm_source=plainpolicyguide, utm_medium=sponsored_listing), so you can see every visit we send in your own analytics. As required by search engine guidelines for paid links, they are marked as sponsored.

Pricing

We offer a flat monthly fee per section or guide, or a per-click rate measured with the tracking tags above. Email us for current rates and availability.

Listing rules

  • Listings are available only to attorneys and law firms in good standing, for the states where they are licensed. We may ask for bar numbers.
  • Text must be truthful and not misleading. We don't accept guarantees or predictions of results, comparisons we can't verify, or claims of specialization that your state doesn't allow.
  • You are responsible for following your state bar's advertising rules, including any required disclaimers, filings or record keeping.
  • We don't collect or forward details about readers' cases, we don't match readers with lawyers, and we don't take a share of legal fees. Listings are advertising only.
  • We review every listing before it runs and may decline or remove any listing.
  • Sponsors have no influence over our guides. See our editorial policy and how we make money.
